This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all Altify SMS Hub accounts.
Prohibited uses include, without limitation:
- Unsolicited spam or messages without appropriate recipient consent
- Fraud, phishing, impersonation, or social engineering
- Malware distribution or links to harmful content
- Harassment, hate speech, or unlawful adult content
- Content that violates intellectual property or privacy rights
- Attempts to probe, disrupt, or bypass platform security or credit controls
- Using shared Access Keys in public repositories or client-side code
Altify may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, and may refuse Sender ID approval where risk is identified.
Customers remain responsible for their end users, staff accounts, and API integrations.
