This Privacy Policy describes how Altify Solutions handles personal data in connection with Altify SMS Hub.
1. Data we process
Depending on how you use the Service, we may process account registration details, contact phone numbers and related contact fields you upload, message content and logs, wallet/top-up transaction metadata, Sender ID requests, support tickets, and technical logs (IP address, device/browser information).
2. Purposes
We process data to provide the Service, authenticate users, route SMS via gateways, bill credits, prevent abuse, provide support, and improve reliability and security.
3. Roles
For contact lists and message content you upload, you typically act as the data controller/owner of that information. Altify processes such data to provide the platform. You must have a lawful basis (including consent where required) to message recipients.
4. Sharing
We may share data with SMS gateway providers, payment processors (for example M-Pesa top-up partners), hosting providers, and regulators when legally required. We do not sell your contact lists.
5. Retention
We retain account, message, and billing records for as long as needed to operate the Service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion subject to legal retention requirements.
6. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
